It has never been a more exciting time to join Uisce Éireann, we are a rapidly growing orgnaisation and we are always looking for ambitious and talented graduates from all disciplines to join us in transforming water services for Ireland.

We hire across 8 different streams, covering all parts of the organisation. Each stream will include rotations to different teams giving you a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects and exposure to a variety of stakeholders.

You will participate in our bespoke graduate learning pathway 'Uisce University', supporting your ongoing development as a future leader of Uisce Éireann. Some streams also include financial and practical support for relevant professional qualifications. A number of permanent roles with Uisce Éireann will be on offer at the end of the Programme.

The Recruitment Process

We want to get to know you and discover what skills and experience you can bring to Uisce Éireann. Here is what you can expect from the recruitment process:

  • We want to get to know you! The first step is to give us some details about yourself, your degree & your experience.
  • Psychometric tests: These are objective assessments that we use to assess your cognitive abilities and behaviours to gain a better understanding of your potential in Uisce Éireann. 
  • If you pass the psychometric tests you will be invited to a 30 minute interview and a 15 minute presentation.  
  • We will be making offers and providing feedback as soon as possible after the interviews.
