If the site visit request applies to students, please outline the student to staff ratio. Uisce Éireann cannot facilitate a site visit by students under the age of 18, where there is not an appropriate level of supervising staff/chaperones.

Insurance Documentation *

Please upload a Confirmation of Cover Letter from your Insurer or Insurance Broker outlining:
(1) your Public and Employers Liability policies in place
(2) the policy period for each line of cover
(3) the limits of liability for each line of cover
(4) clearly state whether each line of cover is ‘unlimited’ or ‘limited in the aggregate’
(5) in respect of Public Liability, a “Specific Indemnity to Uisce Éireann” in respect of the site visit

Files must be a PDF, PNG or JPG and the max size is 15MB. Please note: Uisce Éireann requires “Public/ Products Liability insurance cover complying with a minimum level, unlimited in the aggregate, in respect of any one claim of €6,500,000”.

Please ensure that you have specified indemnity to Uisce Éireann in the attached insurance documents. If this is not included your request will not be actioned.

Please note: if the correct insurance documentation has not been uploaded as per (1) – (5) above this request will be declared void and will not be actioned.
