Kilmallock Bridge Water Treatment Plant Upgrade

Uisce Éireann has completed upgrade works at the Kilmallock Bridge Water Treatment Plant in Co. Wexford.

Uisce Éireann, working in partnership with Wexford County Council, has upgraded the treated water storage facility at Kilmallock Bridge. The project has improved the security of supply to over 11,000 Uisce Éireann customers in Castlebridge, Curracloe, Ballymurn, Crossabeg, Glenbrien, Screen and Oilgate, through the provision of secure and adequate storage. This project not only ensures the delivery of clean, safe drinking water, but also accommodates increased capacity requirements until 2044. Coffey Construction Ltd carried out these works on behalf of Uisce Éireann.
