Limerick City Water Supply Trunk Main and Valve Works

This €3.2 million project involved the commissioning of the Southern Ring Trunk Water Main in Limerick City. It now provides greater security of water supply and enhance fire flows to the Limerick City Water Supply Scheme, particularly to the north side of the city.

The Southern Ring Main is part of the wider Limerick City, Environments and County Area Trunk Water Mains Development Scheme. It integrates with the Limerick City & Shannon Estuary Water Supply Schemes.
