Lough Mask Water Supply Scheme
Uisce Éireann is progressing upgrade works as part of a €9million investment in the Lough Mask Regional Water Supply Scheme.
Uisce Éireann, in partnership with Mayo County Council, is progressing plans to upgrade the Tourmakeady Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and extend the supply area of the Lough Mask Water Supply Scheme into North West Roscommon and North Galway. It was also responsible for the removal of the long-standing boil water notice in Ballinlough affecting 3,600 of those consumers.
