Turnapin Wastewater Network Upgrade
Uisce Éireann Growth and Development Programme
Uisce Éireann is upgrading the wastewater network at Turnapin to support future growth and development in the Santry area.
The works involve the installation of over 380m of new sewer pipe and is part of a project to improve the capacity and operational performance of the existing sewers in the area.
The section of works is taking place at Turnapin Grove and Turnapin Lane, Dublin 17.
This project is being delivered to support existing and future developments within the community. It will improve the capacity of the existing wastewater network in the area, reducing demands on the current network.
The works are being carried out on behalf of Uisce Éireann by GMC Utilities Group Ltd. and are expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

Will customers be affected by the works?
Localised lane closures, managed by traffic management personnel, will be in place along Turnapin Grove and Turnapin Lane to facilitate pipeline installation works.
Works will be carried out in rolling phases to minimise disruption, commencing at Turnapin Lane and progressing towards Turnapin Wastewater Pump Station. Access to properties will be maintained at all times.
We understand that this type of work can be inconvenient and works crews will make every effort to minimise any disruption these necessary works cause.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Any planned changes to these working hours will be notified in advance.
